For over a year, the Vienna PASS has provided free entry to Vienna’s main sights and unlimited use of the HOP ON HOP OFF buses. Now the all-inclusive card, with its duration of two, three or six consecutive days, is also available as a 1-day pass.

Vienna, 11 April 2016: Starting today, the innovative all-inclusive card for Vienna is also available as a 1-day pass. For EUR 59, 1-day Vienna PASS holders can visit any of over sixty top attractions in Vienna and have unlimited use of the HOP ON HOP OFF buses. Depending on your itinerary, you’ll be saving money from the third attraction on.

The attractions included in the Vienna PASS are some of the absolute tourist highlights of the Imperial city on the Danube, such as Schönbrunn Palace, the Hofburg Palace, the Giant Ferris Wheel, the Spanish Riding School, Vienna’s famous museum of art history KHM, and many more. But card holders can also discover lesser-known sights like the Collection of Anatomical Pathology in the Madhouse Tower, or explore 2000 years of Viennese history at Time Travel–The Vienna History Show. A guided walking tour to the most important sights of the city centre is also included in the pass.

In April, the Imperial Burial Vault and the Palm House in Schönbrunn were added to the Vienna PASS programme. Starting in May, visitors can also experience Vienna from the water with City Cruises, which leave from Schwedenplatz.

Visitors with more time for sightseeing can choose between the Vienna PASS for 2 days (EUR 74), 3 days (EUR 89) or 6 days (EUR 114). Attractions can be reached comfortably using the HOP ON HOP OFF Vienna Sightseeing buses. Vienna PASS holders can switch freely between six different, colour-coded routes with a total of 50 stops, allowing them to design their very own sightseeing tour. The Vienna PASS grants unlimited use of the HOP ON HOP OFF during its validity.

During the ride, they can listen to the free audio guides, which provide interesting information about the city in 16 languages. The buses also have free Wi-Fi.

The Vienna PASS guidebook offers information on all attractions and bus routes in German, English, Italian, French and Spanish. The booklet is included in the purchase and is also available as a free download.

The Vienna PASS is also available with an optional add-on of a ticket for Vienna Public Transport.
